Medical Device Sales (Dalian)

1. According to the company's annual sales goals, complete job sales tasks, and submit workday reports and weekly reports in a timely manner in accordance with company regulations;
2. Responsible for participating in in-hospital conferences, inter-disciplinary conferences and inter-hospital conferences organized by various hospitals to collect, analyze and sort out relevant information about target market industries and products;
3. Responsible for the relationship maintenance of the regional market and maintain a good relationship with customers;
4. Responsible for collecting and sorting out relevant information of the area to which it belongs, dig out potential customer needs, and develop new customers;
5. Actively cooperate with the marketing department, responsible for the planning, organization, implementation and coordination of academic conferences and product promotion activities;
6. Responsible for the collection and settlement of sales receivables as required by the sales contract;
7. Collect, analyze and sort out relevant information about industry and competitors, and provide important reference for superior decision-making;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders;
1. Aged 27-35 years old, college degree or above, major in marketing, medical medicine, clinical medicine, pathology test is preferred;
2. Familiar with the operation mode of medical devices, have good customer resources and experience in receiving money, and those with customer channels are preferred;
3. 2 years or more medical device sales experience, familiar with gynecological medical knowledge and company product knowledge is preferred;
4. Possess good business negotiation ability, psychological quality and interpersonal public relations ability;
5. Skilled use of office software, good basic data analysis ability and keen market insight;
6, clear-spoken, standard Mandarin, strong communication skills and logical thinking ability;
7, good professionalism, a high sense of responsibility, hardworking and hardworking, able to withstand greater work pressure;
8. Good teamwork and adaptability.
1. Working hours: 9: 00-16: 00, weekends and weekends
